In October 2011, Macrochema, the parent company of Makro Rekat Sekawan, signed a joint venture agreement with MORESCO Japan. The new joint venture was named PT MORESCO MACRO ADHESIVES which specializes in production of hotmelt PSA.

This company brings together the knowledge from both companies with over 40 years of experience in adhesives and the rich knowledge base of both companies.

The new joint venture will serve customers in the fields of:

• Sanitary Products
• Diapers
• Automotive

Our new machines have been installed and are running since 2012 to produce pillow hotmelts which can be melted together with the adhesive in the glue tank. Ensuring easy and efficient handling of materials. PT Moresco Macro Adhesive is the first Indonesian company to install and operate a pillow forming machine.
